I started CPAP therapy about a month ago and have been amazed at the benefits to my sleep. However, my nose and face were getting beat up by my nasal mask. Pressure indentations that lasted well into the day, redness from contact with the mask and acne around my nose where the mask contacted the skin. This skin irritation was the biggest downside.Enter these gel nose pads. Wow! What a game changer. After having used them for more than a week, all of the problems listed above are gone. I'll admit they felt really strange when I first tried them and it took until the second night for me to get the right placement and mask fit. But it really has changed my CPAP experience for the better. They are cool to the touch and very sticky, but provide a great mask fit. For some reason the material does not cause irritation or development of acne the way the silicone mask did alone. A full five stars for this product!I truly do not understand the comments about the pads slipping and flapping. Maybe people forgot to remove the plastic backing over the adhesive side? I've never had them move throughout the night and have had great success trimming them slightly to fit the contours of my nose and face. A highly useful and adaptable product in making CPAP use a big win for me and my wife, who says my snoring has been completely eliminated and her sleep much improved.

These Snugell gel nose pads work well for me. I’ve tried many different nose protectants when using my full face CPAP mask. There were problems with all of them, and I always ended up with a very red irritated nose and sometimes even a bump on my nose. Then I tried a Snuggle nose gel pad and what a difference this product makes! I can now wear a cpap mask in more comfort and the nasal pads stay on through the night. They are very easy to use. I strongly recommend this product.

These are crap don’t waste your money, slipand slide and don’t help in making a seal which is I was looking for. Probably no one is going to see this anyway 🙄🙄

Another update: Dr says staph is living on the surface of your skin. No matter how well you clean your mask, if it wears at your skin and creates an abrasion, the bacteria can get it and cause an infection.Update: I stopped using this strip and then developed a painful staph infection across the bridge of my nose. I’m not totally sure why- maybe the rub of the mask (which I disinfect daily) broke my skin? I’m definitely going to restart use of these, even if I have a red mark, hopefully it will protect me from infection.Original review:I used this product every night with my new nasal mask. Every morning I had a red mark across the bridge of my nose and the red mark became an all day all the time thing. I started thinking about buying heavy makeup, then I slept without the gel pad, just the mask, and woke up with NO RED MARK. So, somehow this thing made it worse. All I’m saying is, don’t jump to buy it unless you’ve already tried the mask regular or maybe if you need it to create a better seal

I really like this product. I had used a different product in the past and thought I was reordering it. But this is a much better product. It sticks to the skin better with no sliding around. This provides a better seal. It also does not leave as much marking on my face which I really like!

Despite the nice feel and the high quality, I have not had good experience with these strips. The problem is that they don't stay in place and they wind up causing more irritation than without.

I've been using a CPAP machine with a full mask for over one year but only noticed this product last week. I wish I had this product earlier because the mask has irritated the bridge of my nose all this time. I have only used the product for one week, but I can state without reservation that it has helped me immensely by eliminating the nose irritation caused by wearing the mask all night. The product's material is similar to that which is used with TINS machines and can just be rinsed off in the morning and reused. I have been using the same one for over a week and don't know how long a single item will last, but it's well worth the price.
