They work well with compatible OfficeJet printers, though some users have had occasional issues with faulty cartridges. The product was great.The delivery guy from office Max delivered the package to the wrong address.

The Hp authentic ink cartridges always works for me whereas some of the off brands do not. I do recommend this product.

My printer was working great and ran out of ink in the expected time. I installed this cartridge and it didn't work. I did all the things, but to no avail. So I just had to pay to have the printer serviced in order to get the new black cartridge to function. Normally I would suspect user error. :) But I don't think that is the case this time.

Perfect for our desktop printer. Do not shake could get ink on you after you open.

Great print quality. Have tried non HP products with my HP printer to save money but always regret it because of the lack of quality of printed product. Overpriced but I pay the extra money for the quality. Easy to install.
