I have used this product system off/on for years. I switched this product to another one when I started having my hair colored by a recommendation by my hair stylist. BUT I came back to it when I quit getting my hair colored and on top of the fact that I take a medication that has caused my hair to frizz. After trying other products that are supposed to combat this frizz none of these other products worked. Sooooo...I went back to this product about 2 weeks ago and sure enough it concurred my frizz, left my hair shiny and sweet smelling. I just purchased another order from Amazon and it is the real deal. Thank you for producing such a great hair system. I'm going to continue with this system. As you get older, sometimes our hair needs the ingredients in these products. It never wears your hair down and produces a thick creamy lather and so does the step 2 and the step 3 smooths and leaves your hair in fantastic shape, I highly recommend this and the results are stupendous. Oh my goodness. I purchased based on the reviews and I just finished using for the first time and omg!! My hair came back to life!! I’m 45, with 50%, maybe 75% of gray hair. I color bi weekly because my grays show within a week. I also have Hashimoto. My hair had become, thin, dry, straw like, porous, frizzy and unmanageable. I’ve lost a lot of hair. I am super excited. I was able to detangle, and blow dry very easily without my hair trying to fight with the hair brush. My hair feels so soft and shiny and not frizzy. I’m excited to see what this products will do long term! So happy I found this because nothing had been working for my aging hair.

I was so excited to get this product with such high hopes of finally finding something to help my aging, thinning hair. I used it almost immediately. I followed the directions exactly and my hair was left with a waxy feeling. I thought maybe I didn't rinse well enough. So I tried again, rinsing longer. Nope! Same thing and add the fact my hair was now knotting badly and the ends felt extremely dry. Not good. Threw it away. Now I am trying to get moisture back in my hair because it is currently worse than before I used this stuff.

I've only used it once but it did a good job of 1) not irritating my scalp (which almost all shampoos and conditioners do) and - 2) it left my hair and scalp clean. I color my hair so I need extra hydration than this system provides so I also used Paul Mitchell 's skinny serum while drying it (whether air drying or blow drying). Also, too soon to say but I think it helps with hair loss too. Not sure about the claim on slowing or correcting greying. Time will tell but I like it so far.

I am a middle age mom and have been looking for hair products to bring shine and vitality back to my long black hair. I have tried so many products, including high end products only to end up with the same drab, dry and flyaway hair. After one use of these products, my hair looks like it did 10 years ago - shiny and soft. I have long hair so I used 4-5 drops of the small bottle instead of the 1-2 drops as recommended. At only $20 for all three products, this is an excellent price point for beautiful results. highly recommend and will buy again.

I have graying dark brown hair that was feeling dry and looking dull. I don’t wash my hair every day but I noticed a difference after the first time using it. My hair feels softer and looks shinier, especially if I don’t blow dry. Step 2 threw me off—it lathers like a shampoo so I thought I grabbed the wrong bottle. Anyway, it’s worth the money and I rarely take the time to leave reviews.

I really didn't think this product could deliver on all of its promises, but it did! I just ordered by 3rd box. Because of menopause, and hormone changes, my hair was a disaster. I have always had the kind of hair that people complimented. I would often get asked who cuts or colors my hair. Then menopause crept in! All of a sudden my hair was dry, brassy, and lifeless. I was also having to color (I do it myself) about every 3 to 4 weeks. My hair was thin, falling out more and more every day, and would not grow in length. Every time I got out of the shower I had to clean a wad of hair that had collected at the drain. I read about this product in an online article from a women's magazine. The article was entitled something like "Products for aging hair". I read the reviews, and was unsure, but for $20 I thought I would take a chance. I'm so thankful that I did. I could tell a difference in my hair at once. The product lasts a long time too. I have been using this product for several months now, and my hair is back to normal, and I am again getting compliments and questions about my hair.
