Good size to swallow
These are great wee energy boosters. I have used b6 for years. If your energy is low , these give you a little boost. My husband is a night shift lorry driver and takes one of these to help stay awake whilst driving. He stops for a snack and takes one of these but not too late into his shift as he wouldn’t sleep when he gets home. Easy to swallow with a slight after taste. A good price too.

Value for money
I have been taking b6 for a good few years now but the prices are getting more expensive. I decided to look at Amazon to see if I could get them less expensive. And the tablets I got were a great price.also I had the choice to get them delivered every 2months. Well worth it.
