Works great
Installed this alternator quickly and it's been running great for months.It came with a 'bench test sheet', which showed how many amps it put out at various RPMs. While this alternator is sold as a 35A unit, it puts out close to 50A above 3000RPMs (similar to the alternators that are sold as 'high current output' for the 1GM10). I'd definitely buy another one, although I'm going to try my hand at repairing my original alternator's diode pack first, instead.

installed on my 3gm
Good product, especially for the price. fits right on my yanmar 3gm without problem. 4 stars because there is no instructions on the connections and there's no letters engraved on the alternator. You can go online and figure it out pretty easily. Good purchase

Had to modify bolt holes
Installed on Yanmar YM2200.Had to drill out two bottom mounting brackets.Original bolt was to big to use otherwise.No big deal.Wiring was plug & play.Tractor is charging once again.Great price.Fast shipping.Got here 2 days early,which was a bonus.
