Q: Can this be installed with a tub faucet?

It is not designed to be used on a tub. However, I had no issues installing it on an existing tub (with access from the back side). I just placed the tub spout on the same circuit as the hand held shower. This way when I pull the tab on the spout, the hand held enables. I wrote a review on April 17th. If you sort them by new you should be able to see it with the photos.
