I love all these ties they are amazing

First of all the good. The quality is great! It is very well-made. Now something a little questionable to me. I own many Jerry Garcia ties. Every one of them has a name and most are part of a collection. This tie has a Jerry Garcia liner and it has a Jerry Garcia loop on the back. However, there is no label with the name and collection. At $39.95 it is a very good price for a Garcia tie unless you find one on sale. Still, it makes me wonder if it is genuine since it doesn’t have a name to it. This one is the one on the left in the picture. The others are ties I have from different time periods. Maybe they just stopped naming them and putting that tag on the ties. I don’t know, but it’s the first one I’ve seen without a name.

I ordered this for my husband who works in our community. Our school colors are purple and gold and this looked like it had some purple in it and works be perfect with his purple dress shirts that he wears when working with the kids. I was disappointed that there really is no purple in it. I realize it says black and gray but there looked to be a tinge of purple. So it’s my fault and the tie is still very nice so we are keeping it. If you want black and gray, I highly recommend this tie but if you, like me, think it looks a bit purple and want it for that reason then I would suggest to keep looking.

The late Jerry Garcia (of the band “The Grateful Dead”) sure has a beautiful, well made and unique variety of patterns. The ties are stunning, they’re of excellent quality, and many have hidden patterns/faces/animals, etc. within the pattern. Wow, what a work of art they are. The prices were excellent on the ties I got my hubby so far… I’ve purchased a few and shall be adding more to my his collection!
