Whaddya gonna do?
Well, Bosch got unnecessarily cheap with their design here. I mean, the handle receives all the stress of the unit. It should be the strongest point. But, seriously, when you combine metal and plastic in a high-stress build, you’re going to have broken plastic at some point. All they had to do was make the end caps out of metal and then they’d stay strong. So, if you find yourself needing one, I have two recommendations: 1. DON’T buy the Bosch official ones as they break way faster than these ones. 2. Save yourself some time and buy a couple of these because they’re plastic and will break again.— Four Breaks in Five Years
