A problem I had, was dealt with quickly and efficiently and very much to my satisfaction.
The books arrived in brilliant condition, I ordered from England on Amazon AE for my young grandson, along with other box sets for him, I was concerned that this set wasn’t in a closed box as the others were but they fit very well in the box they came in and are easy to take out and slide back in, I did have an issue with the Paddington Bear books but the customer service was easy to log into and my problem was solved there and then, so I was very pleased.
