I got lucky with these, as none have had any leaks. I like the green accents on the bags also. The price was also the best around for these. No issues with the seals either. They came in a container like other brands I have tried, but these are the first set the had no leaks, and the seals all worked just like they should. Easy open, and easy sealing.

I like that these are eco-friendly. They'll collapse without figuring out what's being stored, and I found the greater the contents, the better the balance, despite their flexibility. The dishwasher cleans the bags better than soaking by hand, although foods that stain can leave a residue. CTo compare, these are more space efficient than glass storage containers and they're easy to handle, although I feel glass is preferable because I don't have a large family to prep for.

These are so great to replace your freezer bags. You are saving the environment and stuff keeps fresher longer. I use a bottle brush to clean them. Cannot recommend enough. Will be buying more!

My ice maker quit making ice so I got a portable countertop unit that I have to run. The problem is that the ice is a bit wet and must be put in the freezer for 20 minutes and then smacked hard on the counter to break it up before putting it into the ice storage. I'd been using gallon ziplocks for this but the sharp ice would tear it up in one day or less. Some days I'd go through 2 gallon ziplocks.I was a bit skeptical that this would be much better and it might even crack worse. However, I've now been using it with this method for over 2 months. While the first bag is still in use, it is getting a bit worn and has a few non-critial holes in it so it it will likely be replaced next week, but it has outlasted probably 40 of the ziplock bags. And I still have 7 more of them. I don't have a relative weight of plastic in these vs ziplocks, but using 1 of these vs 40 of the other is a no-brainer.The only downside to these is that they do take a little more strength to close, particularly if they are freezer cold. However, after two months of use, the zipper still works great.

I was really excited about these bags. Freezer space is limited, and this was a great way to meal prep and cut down on bulky freezer items. I would divide up meat for each night of dinner and then move each bag to the fridge to defrost for that night. Once I realized that I had a bag full of chicken juices, that I couldn't run through the dishwasher, I became much less excited. To be fair, the company says on the listing that these bags are not dishwasher or microwave-safe.You could decide to transfer meat over to a separate container to defrost. You could also use one of those stands that lets bags dry upside down to get them properly dry. I just personally can't get passed the idea that they aren't properly clean once meat goes in. Other than that, these are very nice bags. They are thick and seal well. I do hope that the company comes out with a dishwasher-safe version in the future.

I love the idea of these bags. I feel a lot better knowing I’m not throwing away Ziploc bags that can’t be recycled. However, I find them very difficult to close. If you have weak hands, weak fingers, or arthritis these are going to be difficult for you to close. And for some reason, I can never get all the air out of the bag before putting it in the freezer. Probably because they take a while to close that the air find its way back in the bag. If you have strong hands, these will be perfect for you.

I grew up washing ziplock bags but they aren't made to reuse and when you do they don't last more than one or two extra uses. In the past few years, I have tried several reusable, long-lasting products but have not been happy with any of them. The expensive silicone is difficult to close because you have to use a plastic piece that slides over the opening. to seal it. It's really hard to slide and probably impossible for those with grip or mobility issues.Finally, someone has designed a reusable bag food storage bag that is easy to close and closes tight. When silicone bags came out, I thought what a gr3eat idea and bought several types. They were all hard to manage and some were nearly impossible. Then I saw these and decided to try them. I'm so glad I did too. They are made of sturdy material I feel will last a very long time and zip they closed. Of course, it is easier to toss out a ziplock than wash a plastic bag but these bags are not hard to wash at all. I love being able to reduce plastic waste and save money so don't mind the washing. I love them so much I plan to order more. The variety of sizes is great. I got 4 gallons sized, 4 sandwich-sized, and 4 snack bags so there is a size for every need.
