Make sure this fits in your laptop before buying!!!
This is the right size for my laptop!After installing, I checked if it detected the RAM and right I was! The 8 GB!I put it to the test with the game Stray, and it does the job! Smooth gameplay! I recommend this brand for RAM as it’s effective and most affordable on the app.

RAM upgrade
The Crucial RAM works perfectly as advertised and exceeded my expectations. After installing it my PC recognized it and you can verify it by Right clicking on task bar to open up Task Manager. Go down 1 column on the left to Performance. There you will see see RAM Memory to verify all is well with your upgrade.

Easy drop-in laptop upgrade
If you're using a laptop that shipped with only one stick of RAM or two 4GB sticks and you need more, this is a worthwhile purchase. I purchased two of these, one to put in a system with one 4GB stick and one to put in a system with one 16GB stick. They both work great and provide faster system response and less use of drive-cache. Nowadays the performance boost given when using RAM in a dual channel configuration vastly outweighs any negatives that may come when mismatching RAM sticks. Make sure to check this fits your laptop by looking up your laptop's compatible RAM, but if you have only one RAM stick currently, getting a second RAM stick is the best cheap upgrade option you can do.
