Can you purchase any additional shelves for this item?

This would be a better question for the manufacturer. But when I asked about getting copies of the keys cause I lost one they told me they didn’t have any. They also told me they were going to refund me $20 for not having extra keys for me, but they never refunded me the money or answered any more of my messages. It’s a great cabinet though. I ended getting a lock smith to copy the keys for me for $3 each. Good luck

How durable? Could it be damaged if transported in moving truck assembled?

It is a lightweight sheet metal. It can definitely be damaged in a move. It comes specially packaged for protection, and even then, mine had very minor damage to the back panel. If you plan to move soon, either don’t unpack it, or order it after you move. We really like ours, but it is definitely not meant to be tossed around.

If buying more than one, are multiples keyed alike?

Does it stay closed when unlocked?

The bottom feet can be adjusted so there is a slight leaning toward the back of the unit to keep the doors closed. If they're opening, adjust the feet.
