This is a robust RC and very fast which is exactly what my boy wanted. Out of the box and batteries charged and off he went, like a rocket. Much fun had on first day, however product then starting malfunctioning. After much disappointment and one very upset boy, we returned the product for a refund.Within a hour, Jane from Customer services was writing to me , expressing concern, as she knew how important a present around this time of year was. She acknowledged that the refund had gone through, but offered to replace the car with an improved version free of charge. I was some what stunned, but accepted her kind offer to please my boy. Within a few days the free replacement had turned up and is functioning really well and I now have one very happy boy, as he loves his new RC. Great product and fantastic customer services and a Xmas disaster averted. Thanks to Jane and all at customer services, great job 👍👍👍

If you are considering purchasing a rc truck look no further than this company. I was blown away by the customer services and their very fast response. The truck I bought is amazing and I had an enquiry as to if I could buy a second shell.Emma responded within the day and 3 days later a surprise package arrived. The car is fast,fun,and well built, so if like me you are new to rc car World start here.

Great car but drive shaft snapped after one day's use inside the house, now one wheel will not turn. Paid £88 so hoped it would be a bit more durable. Overall its a decent car, goes fast and my son loves it

I purchased this car back in December 2023 for my son. The car is brilliant and my son loves it. Unfortunately the car recently developed an issue after 18 months of a lot of use. I contacted the seller Jane -EU through Amazon and they were extremely helpful and very responsive. Jane - EU responded to my email within a day and immediately agreed to replace the car with a new one. The new car arrived within 2 days of Jane - EU ' s email. My son was very pleased as he loves the car. This is excellent customer service from Jane -EU and I'm very grateful to them. A BIG THANK YOU !

The car is fast and nimble and great fun. But the battery life is too short and the controller feels very cheap. Bought two so myself and my nephew could race each other on Christmas Day. Unfortunately one of the wheels broke away from the suspension after a fairly small shunt after only a few hours of playtime.UPDATE: The seller has great customer service, and they offered a full refund. But I requested a replacement instead which I received within a couple of days.

Quite disappointing initially. Bought due to the price and many favourable reviews. The receiver kept cutting out which required the car to be turned off then back on. This was despite the battery being fully charged and the transmitter having new batteries. The clips which hold the body on also seem loose and fall out/get lost easily. Returned for refund.Update: following a full refund I was contacted by the seller who sent me a replacement at no cost to me. This replacement works perfectly. This conduct is commendable.

I purchased a maxtronic radio controlled 4 wheeled drive monster truck from Jane-EU through Amazon.On first use I noticed the rear wheel was out of alignment and on further inspection I noticed the connecting rod from the rear drive to the wheel was sheared off.I filled out a refund request slip for a refund and was then contacted by Emma from Jane-EU who Immediately offered me a full refund and replacement Truck at no expense to me including postage which was greatly accepted and arrived 2 days later.I was really amazed at their Generous offer and their commitment to providing an excellent and caring customer service.I would certainly recommend using this company .peter
