Sweet, pretty, not very gingery
It’s lovely. A pretty, sweet simple syrup with a gentle ginger flavor. I’d prefer a stronger ginger flavor. Need too much syrup to get gingery and then it’s quite sweet. I use in tea and oatmeal. Bright side: I am inspired to make my own. Ideally they’d make a stronger version. Then, the bottle would be more useful with a flow limiting mechanism.

The Solution to my Ginger Collins and Winter Coffee dilemma
Besides the ridiculously quick delivery (under 12 hours), this simple syrup is delicious, not overly sweet and the right amount of gingery bite for a Ginger Collins or a Ginger Brown Sugar Latte. Well worth the price and the quality of the syrup and the packaging is very nice. Buy with confidence for all your ginger flavored needs :)

No ginger taste at all
Don’t know what everyone else is reviewing, but I was very disappointed with the lack of ginger taste in this syrup. Unless I got a batch that they forgot to put ginger in. I started with 1oz and then tried 2oz in my lemonade and still could taste ginger.. don’t waste your money on this product.. I will look for something with some nice ginger warmth..

You get what you pay for!
Worked wonders to perk up all things citrus, I used it for Moscow Mules, drizzled it in fruit salad and still have some left. Well worth the price.
