Evo Stainless Steel Oil Sprayer Non-Aerosol for Olive Cooking Oils, 16oz, Purple

I spent a long time reviewing oil spray bottles. I chose this due to it being a dark colour and metal. The dark colour helps protect the oil and I try to avoid plastic where this is possible. As per other reviews, the spray function of this is good and works properly. Only slight niggles are that it does seem to get oily quite easily and the 'straw' for the spray does not completely reach the bottom, so it doesn't seem to use up the dregs. The bottle is a good size for fitting in the cupboard, although cannot fit a full bottle of oil in one go. I have not tried cleaning this yet, but do not imagine it would be too difficult. It has been brought on a holiday and seemed to stand up well to bring transported and was fairly durable. Although this was quite a lot of money, I am happy that I made the right selection and would recommend to others. The spray function does really help you use less oil and control this better. I liked using this to spray vegetables with oil for the barbeque. This was far less messy and way quicker than doing this by hand.

After reading great reviews was vey excited to receive this bottle. Initially it worked really well but then it started to leak constantly from where the lid should have sealed with the bottle. Eventually fed up with constant oily mess on bottle and on worktop.

This feels really well made, puts out a decent spray which you can control a little depending on how firm or quickly you spray it. A great way to use less oil but make it look like you've used more, i guess that might be just me, but its satisfying to cover a pan with oil with one or two sprays. I think 4 or even 5 might just be a tsp, but as it is sprayed out, it looks enough. Great for dressing salad as well.The metal bottle attaches really firmly to the spray head, easy to fill, holds a good amount too and doesn't dribble, which would make the whole thing slippy and annoying. Really good thing to have, would make a good gift for a foodie as well, who doesn't want to cut down on fat but not feel like they have? You could of course put something other than oil in there, i just use oil in mine.

Doesn't come out in a mist but works ok, use it every day.

I’ve bought several oil sprays and they have all spurted after a few uses. I gave up. But so many people recommended the genuine Evo ones - so I gave it one last try. And wow. It’s awesome. It’s more expensive than most sprays - but it sure is worth it. I may buy a second one.

Not that great. I can detect little difference between the type of spray and all are more of a spurt than a spray. Not sure it was worth the high cost compared to a cheap plastic spray. Looks nice though as I got the purple one.

Used this until empty of oil. Washed it out and let it dry. Didn’t use it again til now. Filled it with oil turned the prayer nozzle and somehow the long thin plastic straw just snapped where it met the lid. So no way to use this now. For £35 I feel totally ripped off and now wish I’d just bought a regular water spray for £3. Not happy.Does what it says in the tin, if a little pricey. Not had it king so can’t comment as yet on life cycle.

This sprays olive oil finely and evenly and is a must have when using the air fryer.
