My husband has been using manual razors forever and decided to get an electric razor for a change.This razor is a very nice device and gives a smooth shave and is very gentle on the skin.My husband says he has a great shave with SweetLF razor and it might not be as sharp as a manual blade but it is pretty good working.Battery life is long enough and it holds a charge for a long time. I would recommend SweetLF for others because of the decent quality and reasonable price.

I thought I was buying a Norelco razor, but I must have pressed the wrong button. I am glad that I did. This razor is terrific, best I've ever owned. Cuts clean and fast. I had a problem with the protective plastic cap. The company replaced it right away and didn't charge me even though the warranty had expired. This razor was significantly cheapeer than Norelco.

Works best for me, medium coarse beard, using post shower with thin layer of shaving cream. It is a bit aggressive when I dry shave, sticks a bit even with Electric shave, but still gives as close a shave as any electric razor. I haven't found a razor that conquers the neck perfectly, this is one is pretty close.Is a Panasonic Arc5 foils, a Norelco 7000, or similar smother run a cross your skin when dry shaving? Yes. Do they shave as close, they don't actually. I found this SweetLF Razor, one of four I tested to see what works for me, and it's...well sweet, for it's cost, it's great. Again, the wet shave but works for me. I am keeping is, and well the Norelco 7000 too.Btw, the higher version of electric shavers have some neat features, but we are shaving here, I don't need an app for that. I can't justify their cost.I am a daily shaver and only go unshaved for the weekend. This is great. It's quiet, easy to clean, smooth for me with wet shave, battery is fine, shave is close, and it's cost effective.Generally, I find safety razor is the closest shave but requires different shave cream, lots of blades over time, and after shave. Cartridge razors over all best for me, fast, nic free, razors aren't cheap. Electric Razors take some getting used to, still take a bit of time, need pre and post shave lotions, and cost a lot upfront typically (SweetLF an exception), and need razor replacements right around when they don't make the replacements you need.In the end, you have a lot of choices. This inexpensive razor is perfect. Does a great job, can be added to you arsenal of shaving gear, and won't break the bank. My new travel buddy. Give it a try.

Does a very good job on my beard with very reasonable price. Fancy one may do a better job but this one is fine. Better than expected shave.Recommended

The best part is how easy it is to clean! All you have to do is pop open the lid with the little button, rinse with water, and wipe out the hair. Its super convenient that it can be used dry or wet. The dry shaver is easy, while the wet gives a more smooth and soft feeling to your skin. The power button is pretty sturdy and flush with the handle on the razor, so you don't accidentally press it while using. The charging port is a USB-C and it takes about 1 hour to charge, giving you about 2 hours of use time.My husband does get quite a bit of razor burn on his neck from the 3D razor heads when he uses it dry, which is why I am giving it 3 stars. It is super easy to use, though, and does a great job with side burns! It is also a good value for the price and is relatively quiet for an electric razor.

While a lifetime cream and blade shaver, I considered the purchase of an electric razor as a convenient shaving alternative while RVing and vacationing. My search began with local retailers and big box stores, and concluded with the SweetLF purchase through Amazon. Admittedly, the choice was based more on pricing than anything else, but with the support of mostly positive reviews, I decided to take a chance with this low-priced product.Price - I made my purchase at $29.96. Given the range of retail pricing for "name" products - 3-5 times this price - it was hard to believe that a product priced this low could actually be of an acceptable quality. With Prime free shipping, this price point was the lowest by far of any other positively-reviewed alternative. And, since I was making this purchase as an occasionally-used alternative, my expectations for the product were modest given the low price.Performance - My shipment arrived in August. I charged the unit and packed it away in the motorhome for use during the remainder of the summer. Several camping trips and many shaves later, it is now in my house for the winter, having risen from its low-expectation, occasional-use origins to become my daily shaver.Being my first electric razor, I really have no basis of comparison for the real bottom line: how does it shave? Some reviewers have said that the shave is not that close. I found that, while not as close as a blade, the shave was close enough for me, and, for my wife. So, it does its job well.It holds a charge very well. I just recharged the shaver from its original charge in August. While I haven't used it every day, I have used it a lot - maybe 50-60 shaves - and it still had a 20% charge left. Impressive.I was concerned about being able to keep it clean. But, being that it is waterproof, a quick rinse after every shave has kept it clean and ready for its next use.Overall, I have been very impressed with this shaver's performance, and have no negative comments regarding same.Quality - Overall, I have been very impressed. It's a nicely engineered unit. Its looks very nice, has a good weight to it, and feels good in the hand. Fit and finish is top notch - meeting or exceeding that of its more expensive name brand alternatives. Having used the unit for a while now, its still looks new, and I expect many years of service out of this unit.Value - The price/performance ratio is really off the rails! Low price and high performance. Isn't this what most of us look for, but too seldom receive?
