My new pruning shears did not come with a holster. I wanted a holster I could mold to my shears. The leather holster is durable and moldable. Just light moisten the leather with water, light oil the shears and stick them into the holster. The leather dries to the shape of the shears. Custom holster!!

Solid materials and construction at a good price. Thick leather that flexes to accommodate the thickness of various pruners; I've used several and it holds them all securely. Good pocket depth, keeps the top of pruner handles at about belt level. (As another reviewer noted, it's too short for a Hori Hori--but that's quite a different animal.) A solid choice to hold most pruners.

It looks and feels a lot better in person than the pictures. Fits my ARS VS8Z pruner perfectly. Can't beat it for the price!

My horticulture instructor recommended having a holster to always have my pruning shears close by while gardening. This has been a great help, and I no longer need to find a place to put down my shears and then remember where they were, I just stick them in the holster and they're always by my side. The bolt on the side of my Fiskars shears makes them a bit wider than I think this holster was expecting, but it's flexible enough that I can still squeeze it in there.I just got an old cheap belt and currently have a holster for my pruning shears and hori hori, and once I have some larger trees to prune, will probably add a holster for a small pruning saw.

I bought these at the same time that I purchased the Tobisho SR-1 pruning shears. Great price for this product and they fit pruning shears well. Recommend to anyone to protect their tools from dropping and the elements.
