Product holds up well over time and frequent use. 5th unit just purchased!
Little nervous about the price when we purchased our first Grabo Pro Lifter. We just recently purchased our fifth. Those first couple are still in use and holding charge after 18 months of jobsite life. Like the rest of our cups, we try to take care of them in hopes they'll take care of us. We have outfitted a couple of them with the narrow cup (sold separately) to help with tight radius pieces of glass (place the long dimension of the cup opposite of the curve). Actually have used them as pick points on some large lites of insulated / laminated. In the end, they have been worth the money. Hoping the new ones serve us as well as the oldest ones.

It’s the best
If you’re looking for something to pick up large tiles of stone it’s the best I’ve ever used I’m so glad I purchased it before this last 24”x48” bath Reno !

Temperamental, loud, unreliable
The tiniest mote of dust on a fresh sheet of plywood will compromise the suction, leading to real sadness with a fresh sheet of 3/4" Baltic birch this morning. The thing is LOUD, like a cross between your neighbor's lawnmower a spiteful mosquito, and it cycles on and off constantly — a massive distraction when concentrating on the work of moving heavy material. Not even my best-of-class noise protection, the NRR 23 dB over-ear cans that make swift work of my 3hp table saw and 5hp dust collector, were up to the job of silencing its ceaseless gurgling whine, which by definition no more than an arm's length away. Irritating from the getgo, and then unreliable when I needed it. I kind of regret showing the thing who's boss today by tossing it down a flight of concrete stairs, but at least I know I never have to see it again. Absolutely hated my time with this electric pest.
