Works great, easy to install.
This bidet has everything you need, heated water, heated seat, bottom wash and front wash, dryer. We have had this for almost 2 years and it moved to our new house with us last November. We have had zero problems with it and has worked reliably. I got the round one. It’s comfortable. One time it was installed by a guy who modeled our bathroom and the second time it was installed by my husband. Neither one of them complained every day that it was difficult to install. I would highly recommend.

Definitely a great buy
Very easy to install and comes with everything, besides a Phillips screwdriver, you'll need for a successful installation. Took less than 15 minutes to unbox n install.Works great n all the family loves it. It has a nightlight function but the control panel doesn't light up, the bowl does. The adjustments are easy to set. The pressure, temp n aiming are really good.Definitely buying another soon for the other restrooms. We got the elongated seat which really helps comfort n opening sizeIt's bolted to a Costco brand one piece toilet.PS we love travel in Japan n this is like being there in the restroom 😂

Doesn’t work out of the box.
Purchased in 2022 and finally set it up today. Yes I know we slacked but we were intimidated by the need for power and there isn’t an outlet by our toilet. We figured let’s just get it set up and use an extension cord. Imagine my letdown when I did a test run and it didn’t work. The water ready light is constantly flashing so this means the water is not getting into the storage area. It’s too late for a return obviously but also frustrating that it’s not working from the get go.

Game Changer?
Day one: Installed it. Instructions fairly clear. Noticed a little leak - it was from me shifting the existing lines. Fixed and ready to go within 30 minutes.Day Two: Actually used it. Wow. Total game changer and already thinking of upgrading. So far, a few reasons I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5:1. The, umm, nozzle? It doesn't seem to be adjustable... you sorta gotta do a little wiggle wiggle of your posterior to get it all nice and clean. I may move this to second bathroom and get a other one with controls on the remote.2. While the drying feature is nice... warm air... it's aimed at the bowl (or straight forward at best) rather than aimed at the spot needing drying. Still feels nice though. Wasn't dry at the end (pun intended).3. Not a biggie but... does it really need to announce to the neighbors that I'm sitting on my throne?4. If you use a squatty potty (another game changer), and you're skinny like me, you may end up lifting your leg slightly off of the sensor that tells the bidet there is a person sitting. Took me a good ten seconds to figure out why the dryer wasn't turning on.Day Three: Wife gets home from work trip. Will see what she thinks! So. If you're wanting to try a bidet out, trust what everyone is saying - it is a game changer. No need to try it out first. This is a really good one but do yourself a favor and fork over a few extra bucks for a model that let's you control the nozzle with the remote.I'll add more if anything changes...

Doesn’t last very long
Worked for 6 months then no hot water now it’s always cold I would throw it in the trash but the heated seat still works and I love that

Perfect for its price
I've used this bidet for awhile now and I can tell you it's perfect for its price and it's truly a steal. Does everything you need and more. Self cleans, material is sturdy enough, the fit wasn't perfect but That's due to me picking the wrong option since I didn't account for the back piece shifting it forward a little bit. Super easy to install.

3 months later…Long review
PROS: Water pressure, self-clean nozzle, oscillating movement (press button twice), can silence buttons.CONS: weak drying fan, bubbly buttons, water temperature fluctuated on bidet mode, high power usage (even with “Save Ele” on), no deodorizer function, user manual is for multiple models.NOTE: Any potential issues usually appear after 1-2 months (according to others). So to maximize return-policy time, buy just before December so warranty goes through January.TIPS: Can silence button “beeps” by turning off the power and then holding down the stop button until you hear a confirmation beep. The “save electricity” button only appears to turn off the temperature button lights (which will then only flash current setting when pressed). So instead of three permanent button lights on, it reduces it to two (the “save ele” light, and the “power” button light which never turns off).REVIEW: As a physically weak woman who has never done anything with plumbing, it was easy to follow the steps to install it (although some muscle is helpful with the rubber plugs). Once installed correctly, I thankfully experienced no water leaks during the months I’ve had it. The movement of the nozzle hasn’t seemed to diminish either. It worked perfectly at first, as advertised……After a while though, the same medium temperature setting no longer had a consistent water temperature. I could never tell if ice water or too-hot water would hit me first after I pressed the bidet button (mostly affected female function). Also visually, the plastic covering the buttons gradually started to slide and create air bubbles you can’t remove.FUNCTIONALLY, the “bidet” (female) button has a smaller/precise stream that shoots more towards the front than the “cleaning” (butt) button which has a wider stream. Both the “bidet” and “cleaning” buttons have an oscillating feature when pressed twice. All heating elements have the option to be turned fully off, if desired. Also, note that when the water was going it made the lights in my bathroom dim/flicker slightly (even with “save ele” button turned on).PERSONALLY, I found the highest pressure to be good enough to get the job done (and a little uncomfortably-strong in some spots). There’s no risk of being burned either. Unfortunately the fan is much weaker than I’d like and takes 4 minutes to mostly dry, although I have no idea how it compares to other bidet lids like this one. This was my first experience with a bidet ever.
