I turn the cup inside out. Sometimes the paint just peels out, other times I need to use a small brush to get the last bits of paint.

no clue, but these get really hot using resin

Can you use it to melt chocolate

I'm sure they could handle the temperature, but I don't know if they are made of food-grade silicone.
