This product is a godsend!
I had just about given up on finding any iron supplement product that would work for me. I have anemia but every iron supplement I have tried gives me awful acid reflux, so bad that my stomach and esophagus were inflamed. This is the first supplement that does not cause any type of acid reflux or stomach upset and the taste is honestly not bad compared to every other liquid supplement I've tried! The cinnamon is just the right flavor for masking most of the metallic taste (there is a bit of aftertaste but not bad if you just chase it with something else). I am so grateful I found this product!

The B12 Concerns Me
Other iron supplements made me vomit, every time. A friend recommended this, and it took months of psyching myself up to take it. (Waking up puking in your sleep is apparently a really scary experience.)It tastes good at first, of course, a little strong. Overall, good. The metallic after-taste is nasty, so you gotta follow it with something. No nausea. No barfing. How lovely. But the back of the bottle lists an insanely high amount of B12. This is supposed to be okay, as you are supposed to just pee it out. But .. why make my liver work so hard? And is this good, when a study recently found a correlation (not causation, though) to B12 and early death? Why over-do it on the B12 - to the point of being over a thousand percent of what you need in a day? Just chill.

Smooth and tastes like advertised.
I was diagnosed with borderline anemia as I have no colon. (Dr. killed the colon before it killed me.) So iron absorption is a problem for me. My Dr. recommended iron, B12 and folic acid daily to correct the situation. This filled my needs. I didn't realize my legs were getting weak and it was getting harder to walk. Within two weeks of taking this daily I noticed a change in my legs. I'm still on the path to wellness but frankly this seems to be working for me. Oh and I finally found something that doesn't taste like isopropyl alcohol and tastes pretty decent.

Works great and doesn’t taste bad!
The apple flavor reminds me a bit of apple pie and disguises the iron flavor nicely. I have issues with iron absorption, but this liquid version has increased my iron and ferritin levels dramatically, from 5 mcg to 22mcg in three months. I take 1/2 of the dose recommended to decrease constipation complications.

Best iron supplement there is
This was actually recommend by my doctor and it's amazing to see it available on Amazon. I've battled with severe anemia for years and most of the iron supplements I've trying really upset my stomach or make it difficult to poo ... This supplement tastes amazing, doesn't have any negative side effects for me and actually helps me feel a million times better ... And it's affordable. Can't say enough great things about this product

Increased Hemoglobin
I give whole blood regularly. Over 10 years my hemoglobin had gradually reduced from 15-16 to below 12.5 where I was unable to give blood. After taking Liquid Iron, my hemoglobin increased to 15.5 while giving whole blood every 2 months. There none of the side effects of taking iron sulfate. Because I follow a plant-based diet, the added B12 and folic acid also helps.
