Menopause is a challenge. This product helps and I’ve been using it for a few years now.

I am very happy with this product and wished I had researched it earlier. I like it because it doesn't contain hormones like other products which restrict the amount and use. I needed a solution that I could use daily, and your product can be used as often as needed which provides the same relief to the problem as the hormone ring I was prescribed by my doctor. Hormone rings are expensive and difficult to remove. Prescription hormone creams never really worked and that also required restricted application. Your product provides the lubrication needed to solve the dryness that was constantly painful. Geneva moisture lubricant is an excellent product, and I am telling all my friends about it. I never expected I would be dealing with post menopausal issues like this, but it's a relief to know that there is a product out there that can resolve this issue without worrying about hormone risks and creams that don't really work. Thank you for establishing a place where we women can seek help, and for coming up with an excellent product to help us through this difficult phase of our life. There are other companies out there with similar products, but I took a liking to Genneve's website because it truly reflected a genuine interest in women's health. Their followup emails after the purchase also assured me that they care about women and strive to learn about our concerns. I'm glad I found this product. It has brought tremendous relief at an affordable price.

When I found this my first thought was, “this looks just like everything else I have tried, why would this be any different?”I have struggled with dryness for many years while being on birth control (many different kinds). My OBGYN tried to help me problem solve this away by switching my BC to different estrogen levels, different types, every pill I could try, and finally the nuva ring. I love everything about the ring, but I still experienced dryness. So I found this product doing some research on my own. After reading the reviews, it sounded like the exact product I would need. Just received it in the mail and haven’t had any issues this first day using it. This is a big deal for me! Going from using other products many times a day to using this product once before bed. I hope this continues and I have found the product for me! So happy to see it is made by women for women with this issue. 💪🏽🙌🏻

Once applied, this works very well. It's colorless, odorless, doesn't leak onto your underwear, and it does a great job moisturising throughout the day. As well, a little goes a long way. I had to take off a full star though, because I was frustrated by how much I lost, because it leaks out of the tube and/or drips out of the tube when opened. It was always a mess. I hated the waste, and I was always afraid that it was going to drip on the floor, and one of my housemates would slip in it and die in a bathroom fall. Similar products like Vagisil were right to make it in a bottle, not an opening down tube, and keep the opening small, so you could portion what you need. No one needs to open their tube and have it suddenly drip everywhere. I even tried storing it on the side, but it didn't help.

Customer service here is outstanding. The product could be improved, but it is a good product. It doesn't last long once you put it on. And when I say very long, I'm talking a couple/few minutes, not hours. So it's almost like using nothing at all. It's one of those things, just to put it on provides relief, but again - it doesn't last long at all. And it is difficult to control the output because it is so thin. Must use care or will make a big mess a waste a lot of product. So, that needs improvement too. Overall, I like the product, the customer service was outstanding, but I have a hard time fully backing it until I see a "return" on my money. I am going to keep my eye on the product and hope to try once they've been able to extend the life of the product per use.

I have been post menopausal for quite a few years and began having vaginal discomfort from itching that medications did not help. I tried a few products for dryness just because I was curious if that could be the problem. I didn't expect much and didn't get any relief. I found this product on Amazon. I read up on it. And thought why not. I was greatfully surprised and pleased. I have been using Genneve for well over a year and won't turn back. This product does what it says it does. I use it once a day and am very comfortable. No greasiness, just comfort. From the very first use, the difference in dry, sensitive tissue was amazing.

She likes this on over all the other brands names lubrication but we having really that if the fan is on the lubrication drys out and because sticky the the touch, and you will lose all feelings,the fun the is over.

I used Gennev lubricant for many years. However, never again. The company changed hands or re-organzed or something and then changed the product--and not for the better. The ingredients are totally different, which has resulted in a product of a different consistency. It is no longer silky and long lasting.
