No, it is designed for 12v. Use this controller only if you are replacing an identical one.

I would think so.. is the controller good? Batteries in it new? ... I replaced one in a best choice Jeep and I can control it from over 100 ft away

Don't buy from this seller. I bought 4 of these receivers and none of it works with or without remote. I bought others from other Amazon sellers and it works perfect ( black color receivers) .
