Are these made of real gold?

If they are, it is certainly in an extremely tiny amount. But do not let that deter you from purchasing them. It's a great product and everyone to whom I have given them have been very much impressed. I even had a small engraved plate affixed to the front of the beautiful wooden box stating that it was being presented to them courtesy of our organization. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

The description says: "minimum player number:2". do they also come in solitaire decks?

Can the box fit a deck of sleeved cards?

They are about .25 inch narrower. But I do not recommend them. They are peeling and fading after playing salutar each morning for 4 months.
