Q: Does this product work on synthetic hair/extensions without ruining them?

I haven't tried using it on synthetic hair but would work on human hair wigs.

Q: i dont know it didn't work good for me even though i heat it at higher and also give sometime to heat but still ?how to use it??

I absolutely love this product it works great for me. I just plug it in put it on high heat which it does have a button to set heat high, medium or low and I crimp my hair or straighten it which ever but I love it.
