I started having symptoms of low estrogen and low cortisol essentially causing hormonal issues (night sweats, low energy, etc.). I read that electrolytes could be the issue and that I should focus on that. b6 as well as thiamine supplements could help also which this supplement has. 2 weeks in and I only had 1 minor night sweat (compared to 6 night a week) and finally have energy to finish my day strong and with mental acuity. I’m a ups driver in SC, and the summers here are extremely hot and humid. Makes not having AC in those trucks even more difficult.
