OXO Good Grips Stainless Steel Measuring Cups and Spoons 8-Piece Set, 4 Cups and 4 Spoons

Quality wins out ! In my move away from as much plastic as possible, I switched to stainless steel measuring cups. I bought a set that was a "bargain" and as soon as I got them realized they were not. The edges were so sharp and rough that they felt like the cups had not been finished.The OXO cups in comparison were nicely finished, with great handles, and no sharp edges.These OXO cups will last me the rest of my life, which means they were the bargain even if more expensive than the cheap ones.

Love these and the magnetic feature

I love using these. They’re just the right weight, finish and the magnets are perfect - they gently keep them together but are not so strong it’s hard to pry them apart.

Durable and very well-made.

I've been using a set of 4 nesting plastic measuring cups that had a handy snap feature on the handles that kept them perfectly aligned for at least 30 years. One handle finally broke so I thought these Oxo measuring cups with the magnets would be a good replacement. However, the fat handles don't nest nearly as compactly and the magnets are not that strong so if things are not perfectly aligned they don't hold. However, the feature that I really don't like is they are much bigger in diameter so I know for a fact I won't be able to scoop a cup of sugar out of the bag. I know cooks say not to use measuring cups as scoops but I always do for dry measure. Much easier, neater and quicker than pouring into the measuring cup. If I can find something I like better without spending a fortune I might send these back.

I needed to replace my old measuring spoons and found that the OXO products are excellent quality products.I like that these fit into my spice jars easily. They can be separated easily and stack neatly in my baking utensil drawer!

Oxo in general makes well designed and constructed merchandise. The nested, magnetic measuring spoons are a great example. The magnetic feature keeps all spoons together in the kitchen tool drawer but allows easy separation when needed. I use the set for making solutions for my fish tanks. Having the mL equivalent on each spoon would make conversions to mL/gal easier.

The size of each cup and spoon is clearly labeled on each. They can be either handwashed or placed in the dishwasher for convenience sake!
