Iām not a kid anymore. But I will use this to help sustain a daily life without depression. This is beautifully and effectively organized. I love this. It is thorough yet simple. With my background in neuroscience, I can tell you the content is good and reputable. Is not happy go lucky la la la land. And in my case, some skills and things I already know. But this is application!!! Praise God.
