Wow a friend told me to give these ago I'm type two and my sugars have gone a but high but after just 2 days the levels have come down I'm excited to see what happen with long term use, quite big tablets but take with plenty of water and they go down fine no taste will deffo keep ordering them

Berberin capsules
I'm taking berberin for a while now I notice it help a bit taking it with my combine metformin so I don't go to loo as many times as I useto at night and I'm a senior citizen. So carry on taking. Good performance but a bit pricey though. And thanking amazon for prompt delivery.

Absolutely amazing product... I am a diabetic and metformin absorbs your B12 which makes you tired and lethargic! I've been taking these for 3 months in place of metformin. my energy levels are back up, my sugar levels and BP are down and I get a good night sleep. Another thing these have done is improve my mood drastically happy is good so much better than prescribed medication.

misleading packaging me thinks.
I feel you have been misleading in your packaging. These are not high strength. On closer reading, it pussyfoots around what you should be taking. The wording on the front of the packaging suggests a high-strength 500mg capsule, but It cleverly omits the words per capsule. On the reverse of the packaging, the suggested daily dose is to take 2 tablets. This will not give you 1000mg, but the 500mg. Therefore, they should state that each tablet should contain 250mg of Berberine (regular strength) rather than 500mg (high strength). So those 60 capsules will only last 30 days rather than 60. Thus, buying these is not necessarily cost-effective. And I expect that many users of this product think they are taking 1000mg a day, which is the recommended level for the results we may be looking for. So that's 4 a day. I would be happy for someone from the company to correct me if I'm wrong. And yes, I have asked but received no response, hence my review.

Well I'm impressed. I have being struggling wit PCOS for over 9 years and let me tell you. It's exhausting... I've tried diets, exercise, celery juice, keto, supplements. Inositol does work for regulate periods and some mood change. However, for those who have insulin resistance , berberine is the best. You feel it on the second day. I was sleepy by 22h00( those who have pcos know that we have trouble falling asleep), my mood the next day was completely changed. Was more tolerant and joyful. I felt like my self, honestly. The power that it has on your mind, is amazing. I didn't see weigh drops but I saw very loose clothing tho. The only "issue" would be a more active bowel movement. Let's say twice a day. Besides that nothing out of the ordinary. So yeah , have a try. When you feel good inside , you start to feel good outside. No matter your size 🤗
