This is not First European Quality (FEQ) teak.
This is not as advertised, is not heartwood, and is not satisfactory for quality marine interior or structural applications.

Buyer beware! Deceptive advertising!
This is a SINGLE piece of wood. WAY overpriced for a single piece! The sales photo shows 16 pieces… deceptive advertising. Choose another vendor for your teak and save money.

Nice piece of teak, but horrible packing
As described. Packaging was ABSURD! The teak piece is basically a 1/2” thick yardstick: 36” x 1 1/2” x 1/2”. It arrived packed at the very bottom of a huge cardboard box that was 40” long, 20” wide, and 14” deep, containing this yardstick located at the very bottom, so only minimally protected. On top was 52 feet of packing paper. I was so astounded I actually measured how much paper was there. Wow! What a waste! And had to be very inconvenient for the poor carriers dealing with that huge box.
