I needed much smaller flanges after consulting with a breastfeeding consultant. I purchased these, and they fit perfectly in my Lansinoh breast pump.

For my second baby, I was able to work with a great lactation consultant who sized my nipples and I discovered I was even smaller than I thought at 17 and 15 mm. This product was great to add to a manual lansinoh breast pump that I had. I didn't even bother with the flanges it came with since they were way too big. I use my manual pump during car rides amd it works well with this flange. I am able to fully empty my breasts and get a great output of sometimes 6 Oz or more for both breasts. It's helped me feed my baby for the past 3 months and have a freeze stash. Thankful for this company to make this product since lansinoh doesn't offer their own smaller flanges in this size.

I’m not sure why pumps don’t come with normal size flanges, these work for me and I have no complaints!

It works but it’s a little painful to use since it’s hard plastic.
