I haven't been able to get my diced potatoes not to stick. I use about 2 tbsp of olive oil, with the pan just under medium heat. Any suggestions?

I wrote a review on these pans. The non stick lasted about 3 months and unless I add way too much butter or oil they stick.

Is the rio collection lighter in weight than the Chatham greenpan collection?

you would have to just check the weight of individual items.

its a dream

Received it just on time for pancake day, used it a few times now... its an absolute dream. Proper non stick, looks gorgeous, light and easy to clean. Will definitely buy more from this company.I researched it and it is credible non toxic which is what i was looking for.Cant say for durability yet but i will do my best to look after it.The only 'downside' is - it is suggested not to use spray oil which is a bit awkward, however you really dont have to use more than a few drops of oil with this pan.

Don’t buy it

I had high hopes for this pan and it was good in a non-stick sense for about a week or so, daily making fried eggs.After that eggs stuck to it, using oil and manufacturer recommended cleaning procedure. I’m going to bin it.

Good for 6 months then things stick ugh!

A great pan, but it only was trouble free for around 6 months before cleaning became a task with hard scrubbing needed. We thought it might be us misusing it, but after reading a few other reviews it seems it is a common problem. C'est la Vie!

Brilliant pans non stick and cook so easy!

Being used for a few weeks now and they are real non-stick pans and healthy to use. It heated up very well at gas 7 (max 9), don't put on full heat , mark 7 will do a very good job! easy to clean afterwards. I cooked all kinds of meat and tasted very well. Wonderful pans would love to buy more for my family.

Excellent Pan Surface

Excellent surface for cooking & cleaning. Take care with both. Not too hot for cooking and not too rough for cleaning and it should last a while. Nice colours too!

Non stick doesn’t last
