Nongshim Tonkotsu Ramen with Kuromayu Noodle Big Bowl, 3.56 Ounce (Pack Of 6)

This is my first time trying this and I liked it very much. The flavor is rich and full and not too salty. The garlic oil is very good addition and I will buy this again. I do not eat a lot of ramen, but it is nice to have available for those days when I just want a tasty soup. Nice way to use leftovers as well. I cannot afford to waste food these days and I am worried about shortages. I will reorder this today, now that I know it is tasty and convenient.

The flavor of this ramen is ahhhmazing! The garlic is definitely noticeable and delicious. The noodles seem hearty and solid quality. This is the best "make at home" ramen I have ever tried. 10/10 would buyagain

Nongshim doesn't disappoint with regards to being a quality instant ramen product. This Tongkotsu variety is NOT spicy, which some might prefer since many of Nongshim's noodles have quite a kick. Add your favorite meats and/or poach an egg and add it to make a full meal instead of having just the noodles as a snack. Nice pork flavor and the noodles are a step above most of what you'll get from the less-expensive instant ramen brands out there. Docked a star because the salt could probably be reduced somewhat without sacrificing flavor. Overall, Nongshim ramen is great for a quick warm noodle soup snack on a busy day.

We love this brand! They have the other spicy garlicnone whichnis so perfect with any toppings. You can addd pork slices or grilled chicken. Yumm!!!

OMG, where have these delectable noodles been hiding? Perfect portion (with a bit of tofu, of course, at least for me), the soup base is a little bland, but the black chili oil kicks it up a notch (or 3). No need for soy sauce, So easy, 4 minutes in it's own bowl, and the noodles are perfect! I have subscribed! Nongshim is a great noodle company, love their other noodles, too! Try them, you will like them!

This was surprisingly tasty for being noodles in a bowl. The flavor was good, and leaving them sit in super hot water for a bit longer than it recommends results in intensified flavor! I will more than likely buy again at any rate. My husband seemed to enjoy them as well.

Bought this hoping for a new alternative ramen but was pretty disapointed. There was little to no pork flavor and the sauce packet inside hindered it even more leaving you greeted by an oily texture. The only real flavor you get is from the noodles and the rehydrated green onions which is still bad.Next time I'll stay away from being adventerous and stick to my normal ramen.

Not really sure what I expected. Bit pricey, but I figured they'd probably be worth it. I don't know if it's just me, but the noodles are so.....soft. I follow the instructions, specifically for the 'al dente' they have on the package. 3 1/2mins in a 1000W microwave. I have a 700W microwave, so I figured four minutes would be fine. Too soft. Did 3 1/2 and it was still too soft. I don't understand if there's something wrong with them or if they're just supposed to be that way, but it's quite unpleasant to eat. I prefer my noodles with a bit of texture to them, I don't like when they're soggy and soft.The flavour is also kind of....boring? It's like you're expected to put something else in there to give it more flavour. It's not a *bad* flavour, but given that it's supposed to be garlic....there's very little garlic flavour to it. Very boring, but I'm sure there are plenty of easy ways to spice it up a bit. Soy sauce, fish sauce, sriracha, garlic chili oil, etc. That said, it's still quite bland if you make it their way. Very confusing considering the flavour pack has quite a bit of seasoning in it.If you like this particular bowl noodle, more power to you. If you haven't had them or just thinking of picking them up as a curiosity, I'd probably recommend passing on them.The shipping was fine, everything came through perfectly, the actually bowl noodle itself is the part I don't much care for.
