Does it work with 220V/50hz power supply ?

Because the light is dimmable LED I'm guessing it is but the factory must answer that question. It comes with 120 cord plug and an adaptor woul be required making the power outlet really look bad and with the adaptor weight it would most likely become unplugged very easily. The cord is almost not coils that expand very much. Wait for the factory but dimmable usually means 85 to 265 volt operation. Sorry but I answered to give you a heads up about the cord issue.

Can you change the lightbulb to make it brighter if needed?

I am just not sure. Haven't had to change it at all since I purchased it. The mirror is really great. Sturdy, can plug it right in, and the neck moves to where you need it. Also lights up on both sides. I don't think you will need it brighter.

what is the lifetime for the mirror?

I just got mine a few weeks ago, so I have no idea of the lifetime of this mirror. So far, so good. I'm happy with it.
