They seem to be good for my low arches and add stability to my cushioned running shoes (Asics Novablast). I have these in the 3 pairs that I rotate. So far so good. I put about 5 miles per day on my running shoes so I’ll add more about their durability as time goes on. In my opinion they’re a great insole for the price.

I needed these for a new set of boots. Work well and keep that PF in check.

Crinova insoles size 13. I've been wearing these insoles since August, 2024. As a comparison with the 10 Seconds brand they are far superior for a lower and reasonable price point. They have held up well in the last 6 months. I believe they are the best replacement for the New Balance that are no longer made. No logical reason to pay $50 for something that only takes so little money to produce. The only reason for the 4 star rating is I believe more people read 4 star reviews.

Immediate relief and great quality product!

I was happy to find insoles with a 1.4" / 35mm arch. Unfortunately, in my walking shoes the insole arches hit about 3/4" forward of my foot arches, almost under the balls of my feet. This is uncomfortable, leaves my high arches painfully bent, and affects my walking gait. In my case, the problem became apparent only after I cut the insoles. Luckily I was able to cut them down a bit more and use them in a pair of mule-style sneakers, where the open-heel design allows my feet to "float" to the proper arch position. I will try not to be baited by low $9.99 price again!

Bought two more after I tested the first one. Great arch support .

Fits my shoes 13wide shoe fine and the pain has gone down a lot but they are not wide enough where it counts nor do they feel like its a gel pad. I ordered a wide fit but the arch support doesn't seem like its a 'wide'. My foot feels like its sitting on the edge of the support instead of being cradled by it. Maybe wide isn't wide enough for my flat feet?
