They should not be submerged, or left in rainy conditions for extended periods of time." From an outside source I found online: "The technical definition of water resistant is that it's able to resist the penetration of water to a certain degree, but not entirely. Waterproof technically means that it's impermeable to water, no matter how much time it spends in water." Below is from the seller... Q: Anybody know how bright these lights are? Lumens?

They definitely show up when it is dark. I bought one for the back tire area and one for the front area to make sure they would be seen. There is also a flashing setting that should get the attention of motorists.

Q: Are they easily removed to prevent theft?

No. They are not easily removed. Easier to remove the bike tires than to remove the lites.

Q: I have a wide frame ebike. Where can I get longer silicon straps to mount this light to the frame?

I have the same e bike with wider frame so I have to use longer regular tights. Just a note, the lights are not as bright as expected.
