Yes! Only about 10%. I tried it on and it fit and then after I washed it I see it, especially in the sleeve length. Just a bit shorter but not enough to make a difference. I am 5.5" & 129 lbs and the medium just fits perfect.

This is very absorbent but I don't think of it as lightweight at all. It's comfortable but it feels like you're wrapped in a thick towel.

No it doesn’t. But there’s a belt “tie” from the outside. The quality is amazing!
