Great product!
These are great! They have those silicone strips on the back - i use on laminate floor as well as for stair treads.Washes very well in cool cycle - I air dry on my clothes rack they air dry quick! Super great hold on both carpet and laminate - totally non slip treads! Fiber is dense and durable - neutral color works well for any decor.

Great stair pads!
These are great! These stair pads look great and stick well to wooden stair steps but can easily be taken up to wash or reposition. I used to think that stair pads could only be attached with nails or glue so never purchased them. But these have backings that don’t impact the actual steps so they are perfect. Their quality and price make them well worth buying.

Good quality stair treads
These are very nice stair treads. They are easy to apply and do not move when walking on them. The color is great, the nap is the right height for stair treads and they are very soft to the touch. If I had more stairs I would buy more of these same treads!

My dog is so happy with these treads
I gave in to treads for my old sweet dog who slipped and was afraid of the wood stairs. These were neutral and reasonably priced, the adhesive is easy to install and readjust. Non-slip was important and these stay in place. The color is basic, not terribly stylish, but it's not too thick yet still soft and feel secure under foot. I urged my dog up and down a couple times, then she used it herself slowly, and after just a few days she loves it and goes up and down stairs herself without worry. We both feel confident she is secure, and unexpectedly I like them for secure stepping too.

Excellent!
Love these runners! I've ordered several packages. They are easy to install and stay in place. In addition to using these on the stairs, I've used them to make walking paths throughout the house for my dog who has difficulty walking on wood floors. Only recommendation is to ship flat rather than folded, as it takes a little time for the center fold to flatten out. Will buy again!

Wow! Easy Peasy!
The media could not be loaded. 61 yr old female decided to save $1000 plus and ripped the old stinky carpeting out herself, pulled all the staples, sanded and painted the steps which took about 4.5 hours, with breaks. THESE Carpet TREADS TOOK ME 5 MINUTES TOTAL to put down. I even placed them without a ruler just because they are removable (I eyeballed it). I'm just so happy I didn't have to measure and mess with sticky stuff. These are obsoletely the easiest to place down. yes they are a tad pricey but really worth it, considering the time it took to put them down. btw the wood looks nice from far away but it wasn't, it really needed a paint job. I liked the thickness of the carpet, it doesn't look shaggy like bathroom carpet. Its very low pile and yet comfortable on your feet. Dog tested too and they didn't move! Thank you for creating such an awesome product! Total cost of project under $150.00 Oh Happy Day!

They grip well, but don't age gracefully.
Great color, and they do grip my wood stairs very well, however they are already fraying. I do not have pets or kids, and they aren't in a very high traffic area to already be showing signs of wear in 6 months, especially for the price. I've also been careful when vacuuming them, using the softer upholstery brush rather than the regular carpet attachment. For the look, they are great. For the price, they are not.

Stay put, easy to clean, perfect!
We bought these because the country style braided stair treads we got when we moved in almost 20 years ago had completely dried out on the bottom, and they had lost their ability to "stick" in place. They were looking worn, were getting more difficult to clean, and more important, since they would slide around on an open staircase, we and the dogs would accidentally kick them through to the floor beneath, which frightened the dogs. They were costly at the time, as you could only purchase them in packs of four; similar replacements are even more expensive now.I will admit that these were so reasonably priced that I was initially skeptical and hesitated to place the order. They sounded exactly like what we needed though, so I took a chance. They've turned out to be absolutely perfect. Once these were in place, it occurred to me that even I was a little hesitant using the stairs with the previous treads. Once the protective sheath is removed from the back and the treads are placed on a clean surface, they do not move at all. One reviewer here suggested their treads had a hump in the middle due to being folded during shipping. So when they arrived I laid them in one large pile, one on top of an another, in an unobtrusive area for a few weeks with a heavy volume of complete Shakespeare plays and sonnets across the center. When I finally got around to installing them, no more hump. The nap is low enough that I can run a dust buster over them and I'm done. The braided treads were a bear to vacuum. One reviewer suggested their ability to stick yet remain easy to remove wasn't diminished after machine washing. I won't be testing that any time soon, but I'll update my review once I do.One of the dogs is still leery of the stairs, but I think his fear will diminish in time as he realizes the treads are much more secure than the old ones.
