I bought it confidently from the reviews, and omgggg it delivers 100%!!!I am 5ft 1 and 128 lbs currently, bought an x-small for the snuggest fit possible based on what reviews said. I lift weights and I want to start fixing my posture and being more conscious of my core throughout the day, and this is IT. This is exactly what I’ve wanted from every waist cincher I’ve ever bought, but only THIS ONE has turned out how I dreamed the perfect waist cincher should be. It’s literally perfect. I like extra snugness around my “mom pooch” just above my hips, and this is the only one I’ve found that can done exactly what I want without compromising fit/comfort. I have a short torso but that doesn’t affect the fit of the product at all which is usually not the case. The ability to customize the fit is amazing and two layers of double-sided Velcro makes this SO INSANELY SECURE! It’s amazing, it works exactly as I dreamed it would, I am so happy. I am wearing it over a cami just because I don’t want to sweat directly onto it, I don’t wanna have to wash it every other day. But it seems like it’ll hold up in the wash well. Excelente compra; la primera vez la devolví y fue porque compré talla S en vez de una talla M q me sujeta perfectamente…. La anterior me ahorcaba. Peso 135 lbs y mido 5.4” y aunque sea delgada realmente comprar una talla S no fue la adecuada. La tengo aproximadamente por más de 8 horas; no se dobla de ninguna manera; por más q me agacho, curveo mi cuerpo al hacer ejercicios, se mantiene firme y te ayuda a tener la espalda erguida; Llego a casa y me la quito y dejo q mi piel respire hasta el otro día…. Ahora a mis 64 años tengo curvas de 25. Fue excelente decisión y por eso le doy 5 estrellas o más!!

I purchased this waist trainer after giving birth lèt me tell youuuuu. This purchase was one of the greatest gift I could have give myself . The waist trainer hold in place it doesn’t move or fold around, the size of it was perfect and the vomfirtability of that waist training is unreal the functionality of it is beyond. The material doesn’t have any smell but it’s fit comfortably and the price is to say the least is great..

I didn’t realize I ordered the wrong size but glad I was able to see the material and stretchiness. It’s very stretchy! I’m 34in in my waist and 42in hips so I’m sizing down to a M because the Velcro is big enough to make it a bit less tight. And I’m also confident this will make my waist smaller so soon it will fit perfectly.Back support was great and it really does hold in place.

I have a size Large from sculpt touch. And it is to tight so I thought I’d try a XL from here and it definitely is a bit big for my liking(Just for reference I’m 5’2 146lbs) . BUT I’m still going to wear it :) it’s just not as tight as I’d like it to be. Other that that the quality so far seems very nice and sturdy.

So I’m 5’1 and 210 pounds. I chose size large because I thought medium was gonna be too small for me. If you are close to my measurements, I’ll suggest to get XL if you want more room because large is a little bit too small for me. I feel like I am suffocating but I’ll say that it definitely fixes your posture and feels different than any waist trainer I ever tried. It hold everything in place! It’s a little difficult to put on for the first time so im watching the review videos as I am typing this! :)
