It has helped my granny a lot, especially in such as advanced aged where digesting food could be troublesome. she still has looses bowels but the probiotic has reduced significantly her bloatedness and flatulence. This will be her second bottle. hope to see more result in the future.Now I am looking for a good brand of Prebiotics.

It says "60 hard capsules". They are not hard... just regular plastic capsules... they mash easily if squeezed between the fingers. I don't see where that matters... or why they even printed that on the label. Just an observance. They're made in Australia, so should be fine. Very small and easy to take. Pretty much neutral in taste. I haven't had any adverse results from taking them. I am well over 60+ so they should be just what I need. I feel honest in saying they are a quality product. Very well sealed in a glass bottle... not a cheapie.Easy 5 stars from me.

A really nice probiotic! Has a great selection of bacteria stains inside of it and the capsules are small so it's easy to swallow so if you can't swallow big capsules these are easy easier to take.

First Impression: Hm, the label seems a little wonky, but it was was made in Australia. Maybe shipping affected the label.About the Product: The bottle is glass, which is good as that will keep excess moisture out and thereby increase strain survival rate. The serving amount is one capsule and the bottle contains 60, so I'm good for two months! The capsules are on the smaller size, which is good for those who have problems swallowing pills. Regardless the size, they reportedly consist of 15 different strains and contain 30 billion CFU per capsule. I have taken probiotics for years, and honestly they all seem pretty much the same to me. So when I finish the ones I'm taking now, I am going to try this brand. I will update my review if I notice any difference--good or bad--with this product. Until then, all I can say is I wish they would also provide a leaflet with the information printed on the bottle, because the print is very small and hard to read with my 60+ eyes.Takeaway: Seems like a good product. While I haven't tried it yet, I checked it out Online and found a lot of good reviews.

A quality blend of probiotics, this product made by Life-Space hails from Australia and works just as effectively as a product stemming from the USA that we’ve been using and perhaps even more so as it also includes prebiotics. As someone with low immunity, it’s nice to live without anxiety for fear of eating certain foods that I had before, and so thus believe in taking these types of supplements.
