Taking to increase my hemoglobin for blood contribution. I have been borderline previously. This Increased up 3 points. Will continue as look as giving blood every 56 days. Be sure to not take within an hour of drinking coffee. And orange juice helps to absorb. It works for me.

When you are low on iron, you are chronically tired, or at least I was. I also had frequent headaches, which is what took me to the doctor to get lab work done and was told that many of my blood counts were low, especially iron. The doctor suggested I take some iron supplements. I tried a couple different ones, and they really did a number on my stomach. So I did some research and found these. They work well for me, no stomach upsets, I have more energy, no headaches and just feel better overall. The price is good, so I ordered more!

My diaghter has low iron so she needs to take supplements. She's tried a few different ones and like this one. It doesn't upset her stomach, is relatively easy to swallow and doesn't have much taste. It's working well since her symptoms have improved and her iron levels are now sliding back into the normal range.

I've been taking heme iron for years now to combat anemia. It's the absolute best, it has the highest rate of absorption and least amount of GI discomfort, especially those taking high doses. I don't notice any GI disturbance at all even taking a really high dose. It also contains Vitamin C which is needed to enhance absorption. This is a high quality supplement and been very effective for me.

I have SIBO/IBS! Iron pills do not agree with me! These are the only ones that do not upset my stomach! The only ones I use now!
