I use these tomatillos for recipes. Its a cooked product ready for your food processor or blender. I make Tomatillo salsa, Mexican green sauce etc. The uses are endless. Good product.

A staple in our home.
We use a great deal of tomatillos in our home. The only problem I have is every single time I order a case half the cans come in damaged. Amazon needs to take better care in the warehouse and in shipping.

The media could not be loaded. I say 5 stars for the product and 0 stars for how Amazon packaged this and how’s allowed to be mailed. The box was busted up and so were all my cans 😡

I usually use fresh tomatillos. These tasted as good and were much easier to use.
I made pork green chili for a pot luck. It was a big hit. I recommend these tomatillos.

Helped my salsa!!!
I had a recipe for a tomatillo salsa, and it called for boiling whole tomatillos, slipping off the skins, and then processing them in a food processor. The problem is, since tomatillos have pectin in them, the salsa gels when left for a night in the fridge.With these canned tomatillos, the salsa doesn't gel.I am glad I found them.
