Looked like a new laptop ! Great value for money. First class service from the supplier .
I liked the computer because it looked like new but I paid equivalent of a used price. Chose this machine as I still require a Microsoft Windows operating system to run some of my software. Robust business machine . Convenient size for travel and good battery life.Overall really pleased with my purchase .

Bad Start.. But Good Finish .. tbc
Received the laptop with Windows 10 installed, instead of the indicated Windows 11 Pro. Laptop collected with a 2 day turnaround, for it to be received with Windows 11.. The keypad right side button seems a bit intermittent. But confident with the service that's been received so far, will have it managed if necessary..Thanks for the support.

Lovely bit of kit at a reasonable price
Sturdy business-grade laptop delivered quickly at a decent price. Nice specs and fully Windows 11 compatible. Not suitable for heavy gaming, but powerful and reliable workhorse for other tasks.

It looks like new and also has a touch screen which I didn't know. The battery last quite longer.
