I've tried aftr market filter b4 & they clogged up the system 2 the point of the fan felt under strain. does your filter have the same airflow as oem?

In fact, we tested the flow characteristics of nearly every offering before deciding to create Crystalline. Rest assured you will not have any airflow issues (CFM) at any speed (1-6) and particle filtration will remain within specification across all six speed settings on the IQAir HealthPro Series air purifiers. Thank you for a fantastic question! Crystalline is an Ultra Premium Filtration product. An empirical validation is performed according to the European Standard EN1822-3 using a TSI-8130 to measure the MPSS efficiency. The Most Penetrating Particle Size for a HEPA filter is .3 micron. Particles smaller than .3 micron are captured at a higher efficiency than that of the .3 micron particle due to diffusion. Particles larger than .3 micron are captured at a higher efficiency than that of the .3 micron particle due to Inertial Impact and particle interception. The .3 micron particle is unique in its ability to be the size most able to penetrate a HEPA filter. This is why the standard empirical measurement is performed and provided for .3 micron, but yes... Ultra Fine Particulate at .003 micron is captured by Crystalline.
