These insoles are great to cut to size and then put into a shoe that’s insole you may have worn through already, extending the shoes life.

I use these in work boots under some arch support insoles and to be quite honest, I forgot they were there! In combination they are very comfortable and make a definite difference when it comes to aching feet at the end of a long shift.

Gel is quite thick and they look the partbut setting eyes on the tissue thin top fabricwas an indication to the thought and quality of these insolesThe padding is mor prominent on the inside of the heelmaking you foot want to buckle underneath youIt encourages all you body weight onto the outer sideedge of your foot whit in my opinion is dangeroussending backoh and the size marker is way off if you are an 8 cut just under the 9stupid design
