How to get wheel to work just spinning

I’m not sure I remember correctly. However, the wheel should have a flat portion on by one side and an Allen screw should tighten onto the flat. I suggest removing the screw and lifting the wheel off. This should reveal the portion wheee the Allen screw connects. Then put the wheel on and tighten it in to the correct place. If the Allen screw is lost, be sure to take the wheel with you to the hardware store to get the correct size.
