Easily assembled
My two year old grandson loves his new hula hoop !It comes folded so I just put it in the sun and it opened easily. Lights are so fun, especially in the dark. Right now he can carry it around, lay it on floor and jump in and out of it. One day he’ll be able to swing it around on his hips. So happy to have found it!

Will not snap into place with the batteries installed
This is a very pricey hula hoop. It comes with no instructions so you have to figure out what size and how many batteries it takes to make it light up. Once you have done that, the hoop does not snap shut. We had to tape it together and there is no off/on switch so it just stays on and runs the batteries down or you have to un-tape it and take the batteries out. It's pretty when it's lit up which why I gave it 2 stars instead of one. Poorly designed.Update: The seller replaced the original hula hoop and it works very well.

Did not round into a circle
This item ships folded up into two loops and has to be rounded out into a circle. I tried to round it myself with no luck. I got my boyfriend to try to help me and still no luck. It's partially round and partially straight so it can't really be used. Disappointed to say the least.

Cheap
I liked that it was cheap. It's for a 7 year old girl but even so she deserves better. The batteries make it heavy and lopsided when trying to spin at all. The 2 ends don't meet up causing pinches. Not worth the little money it costs. This is just from the first day.

Do Not Buy This!
It is NOT easy to assemble-gave it to my boyfriend's niece for her birthday-I tried putting together-could not even unwind it! Her father tried and he had a hard time-was able to put battery in and it still did not work

oddly small
What happened to good old fashioned hula hoops? This hula hoop is oddly small... our 8 year old was disappointed

Was so disappointed with this item. Can’t get it to stay together. Poorly made for $30:( Was for my daughters 3rd birthday but am sending back
