Large because bodice is small. Mine spill out and I’m 38c/d

Personally bc of her bust size I’d say Medium. As far as the thong, I’m not sure. I purchased a small and top was so nicely fit but the thong was a bit loose but pretty easy fix with needle and thread. Overall it a nice piece!
