Highly recommended - this is a great product!
I have a heel spur in one foot. I was prescribed custom orthopedic insoles, which were paid for by insurance. I got tired of moving the insoles from one pair of shoes to another, so I went to my podiatrist to order another prescription. My insurance wouldn't pay for the second pair, and my cost would have been over $500. I asked the doctor if there was an over-the-counter option, and he recommended the Power-Step brand. I purchased one pair a few years ago and found that these work the same as the custom $500 insoles. I bought these for of all my shoes, and my feet feel great!

Good for your feet
Purchased for my son. His arches dropped and is flat footed. He had to remove the in-soles that came with the shoes but his feet felt better giving some pain relief. The soles are thick and easy to trim to fit if needed.

A good option for flat, wide feet
I want to start by saying it's been difficult to find insoles that don't irritate my arch. A lot of the popular options are "high arch" only and they're just too firm for my liking, and ultimately cause me more pain. When i stumbled onto these and saw a lot less reviews, I wasn't sure if that was a red flag [or maybe they're just a relatively new option]. I do a lot of walking so proper foot support is a huge deal for me.Some background info: I'm 210 pounds and wear size 11 4E wide New Balance sneakers. These insoles are a TIGHT fit. I purchase the size 11-11.5 option and you can definitely tell these walk a very fine line between the 2 sizes.Fortunately my shoes are already a bit broken in so there is a bit of wiggle room. I have some concerns they may not fit well in a brand new pair of shoes with sides not already broken in somewhat.Comfort is a 5/5 and to be honest, I don't foresee much of a break-in period being needed. The stiffer brands tend to make me follow the 1 hour/day for a few days to get adjusted instruction, but these don't seem to really require that. These are extremely well cushioned but still somewhat give that feeling of support we're all looking for.My only question/doubt is the durability. As I mentioned, I do a lot of walking [20+ miles/week], so I don't know how surprised i should be if they don't last 4+ months.I'd say the price is a bit steep, but again, not knowing how long they will last makes it difficult to give a fair judgement. If I can get 6+ months out of a $50 insole, I think that's more than reasonable. My previous ones that i've used for the past 20 years are no longer available, and for comparison, my last purchase price on those was $119... [and they lasted 1-2 years].If I find these are still going strong in a few months i'll come back and purchase a few more sets, just in case they suddenly get discontinued. So far, I'm a very happy customer.

neutral arch support
For all those purchasing this product this particular series is for neutral arch support if you need more than that they have other products with higher arch support.

Good amount of cushion. Feel great!
This review is for the "PowerStep Pinnacle Unisex-Adult Wide Fit Insoles" for men's size 9-9.5 widths 3E to 6EI bought these at the recommendation of my podiatrist. I had been using SuperFeet Wide insoles for more than ten years and they just didn't have enough cushion under the ball of my foot. The cushion on these insoles is definitely noticeable and comfortable. They fit in my size 9, width 6E work boots easily, with no trimming. So, great for comfort, ease of insertion and removal, and my feet feel more comfortable with these insoles.

This is supposed to be Arch Support?
This is hands down the worst orthotic I've purchased from Powerstep. I have worn Powerstep since 2015 exclusively as it was the only thing that worked to ease my pain. I wore the prescription Powersteps until July 2017 when I had foot surgery. Then I switched to Pinnacle because the heal pad was too much on the prescription one. Those worked until last spring 2020. Then Powerstep changed their orthotics. NOT just the logo, the entire orthotic is junk. I have to change them every two weeks because the arches flatten out. I tried the Pinnacle Maxx and it took a day to adjust but I thought it was the solution. Very comfortable. But within two weeks the arches flattened out no better than a Dr. Scholls. I've gone through 3 pairs since New Year's Eve. I need a new pair so I read up and since I am overweight I thought to try the Wide Fit because that is recommended by Powerstep and it feela like walking in shoes without any added support. And extremely painful I might add. 4 hours into my 12 hour shift and I was done. Never have I ever had such an experience with Powerstep. They are extremely flimsy. Nothing about them suggests that they are strong enough to support people over 200lbs. These are the flimsiest Powestep I've had. I can bend the arch with my fingers.Powerstep, what have you done to the best insert ever made??? I depend on you. I NEED you. Please go back to the old way you made them. DO NOT tell me you didn't change anything because I KNOW you did. I keep my old inserts in case I ever have a delay in shipping and the new and old pairs feel different to my hand, and also look different and not just the logo. The new insert with the new logo has the exact same stock number as the old one. My local shoe store sells the Pinnacle and I have bought from them often. I brought my old box and inserts in and showed him that they were different and he agreed with me 100% that the insert is not constructed the same. He has owned that dtore for 40 years and knows his stuff. My old insert had a higher arch than the new ones did and a much much more firmer construction.I have bought a new pair of Powersteps every 4 to 6 weeks since 2015. I have several painful foot deformities so I need to change them that often, and Powerstep have saved me. But now I am very Unhappy. I am a very worthy buyer to keep. I have talked you up to everyone. I buy people their first pair and they become loyal. I've done that for 8 coworkers because I know the importance of good support to prevent some of the issues I aquired because I never use to have good support. My mom and sister too.Trust me when I and all longtime, loyal Powerstep customers know you changed how they are made. The reason isn't important but we need them back to the way they were. I will have to go through the painful process of finding a new insert otherwise. I am not paying 40 bucks every 2 weeks. I was pissed I had to do it every 4 to 6 to begin with. And yes, I have had several orthotics made for me that have cost me thousands but my feet are too tender for those hard plastic inserts. Neuromas, and blisters and painful callouses have convinced me to stick with my Powersteps. But no more. I want an honest reply from the company. Please tell me why it changed and will you be going back? I've read many reviews of people complaining that Powersteps were too hard but don't change for people who have already left you! Stay the same for those who've stuck by you.Months ago I left a message never returned asking what insert of yours I could try that could replace the Pinnacle because it had changed. I am a valuable customer. Treat me like one. Also, I read all the reviews about you not taking returns and I still ordered the Wide Fit that is how desperate I am to find something to help me. It was a gamble that didn't pay off, and I do not blame the company for no returns because I fully knew that I couldn't.
