Old, clumpy and unusable
First of all, this was sent in an oversized box with a few other items, and the can was banging all over the place in there. When I opened up the bag it was in, the can and lid were badly dented, the lid was no longer sealed, and the can was literally swimming in paint that had leaked. It was a nightmare to clean that up. Once I opened the can and stirred what was left of the remaining paint, I could feel the stir stick catching on all kinds of gunk stuck to the sides and bottom of the can- it was really crusty and gobby. I poured some into a paint tray thinking I’d try to make it work, but the whole tray was filled with giant globs of dried paint. How old was this can of paint and/or how improperly was it stored, I have no idea. At this point I just gave up and sent it back. Between the lost paint from the leaky can and the globs of chunky paint I would have to somehow filter out, there would be no way I’d have enough paint left for my project and it just wouldn’t be worth the mess and hassle for paint of questionable condition.
